“We don't recommend MX5 Parts if you are an EU company and you need to have import customs documents filled out properly. In our experience, having your vat number on the invoice is quite impossible, even if you ask specifically for it and the Eur1 customs form produced by them is a possible source of loss of money, like we unfortunately had. Their customer care doesn't care for customers at all, but if you are a lucky guy and you buy from inside the UK we think MX5 Parts could be a good choice. They have fast shipments and most of the items they sell are chosen with accuracy.”

“The shop is fine but I am not using it as frequently as i used to. The reason is Brexit and the fact that I have to pay customs and fees every-time. On top of the payment to you I had to pay more than 20 GBP for that. It would be much easier if you had a branch in EU.”
