“Product I bought from this company was good, no issues. However the after sales service surrounding the follow up of my delivery was abysmal. Bryan at mx5 parts could not be more disingenuous and unhelpful if he tried. I ordered part on 13th April & I finally received it on 28th April, despite paying for p&p extra. When I asked about the delay mx5 parts (Bryan) did not offer to assist in chasing the delay, simply stating it’s the courier. Very poor customer service, think twice before ordering just incase you need and after sales service/assistance”

“I was getting a smell of petrol from the fuel filler cap area and brought a aftermarket petrol cap this was just as bad as the original one, even though I thought this one was a little expensive it's certainly worth it as I've got no petrol smell at all now 👍🏻”

“New customer and new MX5 owner. Great selection of parts on easy to navigate website. Happy with parts I ordered. 3 stars though as I ended up 3 different orders and paying postage 3 times when all were dipsched to same address. My bad I guess as placed 3 orders due to increased list of must haves and new car excitement, but when I placed 3rd order and asked you via email to bundle and refund postage was simply told sorry can't do that due to ordering separately. Maybe consider customers first, I mean you could offer a 10% discount or voucher for next order.”

We appreciate and understand your feedback and of course we want to offer the best service possible, however, due to the volume of orders over our offer period, your 2 separate orders were in fact in separate fulfilment batches which is why it wasn't possible to match the two together, but agree not being able to meet your request must have been frustrating. “Thinking of not using you any more ,I've spent quite a bit of money with you over the years. Your great at getting stuff sent out but as soon as there's a issue it turns and I don't like the attitude I've received on a couple of occasions. I sent my recent order back due to poor quality yet haven't received a refund for me having to pay the return postage,its cost me for you shipping out a poor standard part. That's poor,very poor .”

“This is a great company which I have been a customer of for over 10 years. Very happy with the customer service they are very friendly and alway reply to my emails in a timely manner. They have great product that I have brought for my mx5. I live in Australia and the postage is really quick. 😀”
