“I ordered a part for the wrong model. The reason was your website asked for the model car I have, but did not indicate, that when I selected what I thought was the part, it turned out to be for a later model. Mine is a mark 2 and the part arrived for a mark 4”

“wrong item received and i emailed and had no response after 5 days so called and finally got somewhere but still have to post back the item before anything will be done to resolve the issue. Overall not impressed with the customer service.”

“I have bought many parts for my various MX-5s from the guys at MX5parts and they have always delivered! Latest they even sent me some instructions for a luggage rack I got stock installed on my car since Mazda didn't provide those to me! Absolutely legends.”
