Hi Jerome Your order was sent via a standard Royal Mail service on the 2nd December. Unfortunately, certain Royal Mail deliveries do not come with a tracking service, however we do know that deliveries into Europe are taking between 2 and 3 weeks at the moment, therefore if you do not receive your order in another week or so please do contact us again at sales@mx5parts.co.uk.
