“Fairly responsive team, if needed something they try to help. IMHO errors in the labelling of products in backorder. You shouldn't write "usually despatched in 3 to 5 days" in the availabilty label if you know for a fact that you'll never be able to fulfil the delivery in a decent time. Proof? I ordered my part on 29/11. It is 10/12 and it still is "waiting for stock". So I can't answer the questions below...”

“The service is very good and valuable to us French buyers. The parcels are cared for, except about one out of five times. The main menu for searching parts is poorly designed and time-consuming. However, the search menu is fast and efficient… provided you know the right words in English! I hope it helps.”
