“On the whole it was a good experience, apart from the delivery, they left my order with a neighbour, no card , I had no clout had been delivered until I rang up to ask where my order was .”

“On commande depuis des années et ça s'est toujours bien passé. Evidemment si on ne parle pas du tout anglais, ça peut être compliqué... car par mail on a déjà communiqué et ils sont très réactifs mais en anglais. Quant à cette commande-ci, à cause du Brexit, on s'attendait à des frais de douanes, TVA etc mais il n'en a rien été ! très satisfaits !”
