“Had to order and fit a new Rear Brake Caliper on my Wife's Mk 2.5, Item and postage seemed a reasonable price, arrived promptly and fitted easily and perfectly. pretty much what I've become accustomed to - Thanks, Keep it up.”

“Easy to order. Large selection of parts that are easy well described on the site. Large parts will need signing for, so you have to be in. Smaller parts that will go through the letterbox do not.”

“I received ordered parts, very good quality. Thank you! Two things could be improved: (1) package tracking number. After two weeks I though that package was lost, suddenly my post office notified me there is a package (2) I don’t receive emails from you. I couldn’t reset password on my older account. I also didn’t receive any email with order confirmation after creating a second account.”

“I can't fault them as a retailer, they are superb and items are shipped immediately. The only problem I currently have is who they ship with. A recent order i placed was shipped from the UK, to France, and then to Ireland. Logically, logistically, and monetarily it makes no sense whatsoever. The kick in the teeth is the duty/vat charge the shipper (FedEX) charged me. Alongside the import duty fee i was charged a whopping €20 for the "handling" of these fees. Ridiculous. I did ask Mx5parts for a discount code before purchasing my order, and told them of import fees, postage costs, hidden charges etc, but a very blunt NO was recieved. All in all, I can't fault them, they really are a very good outfit. Just wish I had an option of choosing the shipping company at checkout. Whats wrong with Royal Mail? Basic service but it's a good one.”

“My Wife loves her MX5, however, the window regulators jammed before Christmas, having identified the problem I found MX5Parts held stock of replacement regulators, which I ordered. I had them almost the next day. Quick note, the drum jumped when removing the cable tie, on one of the regulators so ordered another one, however by the time the replacement arrived I had worked out how to rewind the drum and secure. Good and friendly advice was provided by MX5parts to my wife in returning the now unwanted regulator.”

“Excellent prompt service. My husband had booked the MX5 in for a MOT and service. On the Morning he was due to take it the battery was dead. I went on-line, ordered from you and the battery was delivered very quickly. He was very pleased, fitted it himself, so we are back on the road, looking forward to summer days. Thank you.”
