“Website is fine, but customer service over the phone is lacking. Got the feeling from the operator like he didn't care for my business and lead time for a product not in stock was too long (6 months). So with that the order was cancelled. I did get speaking to a more helpful technical advisor when looking for parts but despite being put over the same question two times he insisted that his information was correct. It was in fact found to be wrong after further investigation. So all in not a great experience.”

“This particular product was expensive part, nevertheless mx5parts far more competitive than supply from Mazda through the independant garage that I use. Pleased with the quick delivery at a reasonable transport cost. Excellent tracking with time of delivery notifird within an hour "slot"”
