“The website is easy to use, ordering is simple and the items I ordered on each occasion arrived next day. However, they don't seem to provide order confirmation emails nor dispatched emails (I received neither for 2 orders and nothing went to spam either). Consequently I wasn't sure if my order had been received nor whether or not my item has been posted? This wasn't a problem in this instance as the items turned up next day anyway. Also, I broke the first item I ordered so had to order a replacement. I asked for a goodwill discount on the replacement and was told, 'No, we dont have any discounts at the moment', whihc was a slightly odd answer. My fault undoubtedly, but this is the type of thing I do for my customers and lots of other businesses would also; just a 5% discount would have gone a long way. It just felt a little impersonal and less customer oriented than I would expect. All that said, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“Bought some front brake parts for an NC. They are not always the cheapest like for like but they had what I needed this time.”

“Very nice accessory, good quality. Would have liked better communication about delivery times and that the item wouldn't be with us in time for Christmas. But other than that seasonal hiccup, great. Thank you”
