“Despite being the other side of the planet in New Zealand, MX5Parts UK is my most used, most dependable supplier of OEM replacement parts for my MX5's and Roadsters. As part of the NZ MX5 national car club, I have recommended these guys to all our club members and many use them with excellent results. The only drawback is often the freight costs - but that's not their fault. I have had the fortune to visit their shop twice while on business. The crew is very friendly and accommodating.”

“trés mécontent, car j'ai commandé des tapis pour ma MX5 ND pour 22 £ + 17 £ de livraison, et a l'arrivée du colis, on me réclame encore 17 £ de douanes en plus ... sans que j'ai été informé..Ìl me semble que c'est l'expéditeur qui doit payer les frais de douanes.. Dans tous les cas, les tapis de sol m'ont donc couté 56 £ au lieu de 22..”

Hi Jean - we are sorry that you are disappointed with your experience. The customs charges incurred are charged locally by the destination country, therefore something that is out of our control unfortunately. “I didn't buy anything. Order was placed and accepted but after a couple of days I received an email stating the part was not in stock. At least cost was stopped/ refunded without any issue.”

“I've been buying stuff from them for over 30 years (I had a Scimitar then, an MX-5 now) . The ordering process easy, product was perfect as usual, delivery was the next morning. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.”
