Very good. Only suggestion for improvement, make sure the customer gets awareness of when the delivery is planned. Delivery turned up without notice, was good l was in and parts was Expensive.. really wouldn't have been good to leave on the door step..

Ordered a digital clock for my MX5 Mk1. Wired it all up but dead as a dodo. MX5 advised me to return it so they could check the unit. Did so 1st class and rang the next day. Was advised that it was faulty and all the batch of clocks were being checked before a replacement was sent. This arrived the following day 1st class and works perfectly. The cost of postage was also paid to my bank account. Can't fault the service.

Placed my first order with MX5parts. Item was not in stock which I was aware of. I was contacted when the item became available, and once I confirmed, the parcel was sent quickly and arrived safely. Excellent service.

Product was packaged well and arrived undamaged. But frankly customer service was not quite what i expected. Due to some issue, either the website or my gmail and another outlook email, i could not log into my account (did not receive any password reset mails. Neither did a completely new account in a different email system receive any activation mail either.). I missed the easter discount due to this. The issue was promptly solved by mx5parts sending a new password by mail, so there was quick action which is very much appreciated, but i was only able to log in after the discount period ended. A little bit of compensation for this was much appreciated since i was originally in time for ordering but i could not due to issues. I will still order again next time as generally their service is great from what i hear and experience! Robert

I m really sorry to have to say the following. But my experience with mx5 parts was not good. I ordered parts that were shown as being in stock, but later turned out not to be. I phoned to try and work out what the best plan was, when the out of stock parts would come in, arrangements for delivery etc. The customer service was unhelpful and left me feeling like I was a pain to the staff. I will investigate alternative suppliers for the future.

Ordered a window regulator, actually for an MX5 based Fiat 124 Spider. Quick delivery, part as described and cheaper than Fiat main dealer. Ordered in the week, window good as new by Saturday lunchtime.

The team at MX5 Parts was able to identify and supply a replacement alloy wheel (replacing one damaged by a pothole). They obtained the non-stock item from Mazda very quickly and supplied it at cost price. It was great service.

Another 5 stars for delivery. Just bought Dave Fab expansion tank and the quality is excellent. Yes I know it's expensive but for around £200 it's a lot cheaper than a new engine! The plastic ones can split with no warning and before you know it the engine is destroyed! I could have bought the cheaper one that you sell, but I like the fact it's got a sight glass. Fitting was easy, and looks like it was factory fit. Only gripe is the same as another reviewer has said is the overflow outlet pipe is smaller than the original.not really a problem as I've fitted original pipe with 2 small cable ties, and it's nice and tight.job done and peace of mind.
