“Brought a 4-2-1 exhaust header recently, the fit was pretty bad, the EGR pipe wasn't even anywhere close and when I emailed support asking for some guidance or for any assistance (no paperwork in the packaging) just got ignored, it's now been 3 weeks and still haven't heard anything back, will be ordering from BOFI next time.”

“I've used MX5 Parts quite a lot over the last few years, easy ordering and great communication especially if an item is out of stock and has to go on back order. Great range of genuine Mazda, whi h is my preference, but also aftermarket option too. Items always arrive pretty quickly and well packaged.”

“The service is very good. The reason for only 4 stars is a confusion in the slightly ambiguous wording of an email. (see highlighted part of photo) The wing mirror had to be ordered up due to the colour but the email made me think there were no wing mirrors at all. I assumed they were painted to order and nothing in stock meant no wing mirrors available for painting. The issue was clarified by an email saying "We will ship the order when we have stock to send." I may be a bit slow but, while the email obviously made sense to the person sending it, it seemed to me that the situation was on hold with no indication as to whether stock was expected soon or not.”
