“I had literally just completed the insurance comparison form on the website when I was called by Mustard to discuss options - they asked me all the same questions I had just inserted into the online form. The sales person suggested to put me through to two companies I had already spoken too directly and so I didn’t want to be put through to them. After some discussion, she just hung up on me. Not great telephone manner either. If your company sees this, I suggest you listen to how she talks to customers as your calls are recorded for training purposes.”

“I visit the website to get a quote for my car insurance and I’ve already had quotes from two different websites and I wanted to compare them unfortunately the cheapest one they had to offer me was four times the money I had got from the cheapest ones to give an example my quote with go compare was £700 and they offer me £2300.”
“Despite requesting no contact after a quote I was called. I explained to the caller it was inconvenient at the time. When pushed for a convenient time, I politely explained it was unnecessary and I could arrange my own insurance in my own time. He promptly put the phone down on me, clearly annoyed.
After that experience, I won't be using Mustard.co.uk again and certainly won't be recommending them, despite(!) the fact you actually found me two cheaper quotes for both cars I was looking to insure.”
