This is supposed to be a cheap insurance for first time drivers when I first used the website it was for my second year and it was more expensive than the insurance I paid the year before

The site is easy enough to use. But the number of telemarketer calls I've had since has increased dramatically even though I said I didn't want to be contacted.

i had insurance and filed everything , but the insurance company decided to delete my insurance for no valid reason

They try any tactic to honour the price guarantee. Currently escalating the issue with ombudsman.

Not happy with their service. Instead of lowest price promise as stated on their web site, over got a quote £100 higher explaining me that with my circumstances I won't get cheaper (actually I did with other provider). I had to ring them myself three times during the day and ask if they were ready to give me a quote (and all of this on the day of car purchase, I just had to sit and wait in the car ). So not happy with service at all.

got me a great quote for hasting direct however when i try to buy nothing happens it just stays on the same page so you cannot buy its soooooooannoying hopefully the can rectifie these pitfallss.

insured on line put me and my partner down as drivers then days later was told i was the only person insured i thought it was a scam to accept the quote then to be told it was only one person insured and have had no follow up since to back anything up i put us both on internet policy

Got a quote, ticked no contact, bombarded with proxy calls, obviously share your data and breach data protection laws, without consent. Poor

Would never use this sight again and more to the point made me spend more money on insurance then needed and had to pay cancellation fee on 2 different companies so would never recommend or even tell any one about you

Didn't work for me. Quoted £250 but lost internet connection Back on line 5 mins later cheapest quote £500 - lost connection again Back on line 5 mins later - cheapest quote £700 Losing internet connection did not help but why inconsistency? Ended up going direct to established insurance company for less

I got a car insurance quote on line from Mustard and the cheapest price was over £300 pounds more than the cheapest quote I had received elsewhere from more than insurance.I attempted to contact them to discuss the price guarantee but kept getting redirected on the number on their website to call to contact them about the price guarantee and was told several times by the different advisers that they could not handle the price guarantee and that I needed to speak to mustard but tried for over 45 minutes to do this.When I did finally get to someone who new about this I was apoligised to but told I now had to submit evidence via email and snapshots but I only had 10 mins left to do that today as they closed at 5 oclock!I was then rang again by someone else from mustard who advised me that the process took 24 to 48 hours to complete and if suceesful would only beat my cheaper quote by 50p so they advised me not worth my hassle to do it probably because it save them moiney.All In all a shocking experience as a potential new customer and very poor service and the price guarantee is nothing more than a sales ploy and I will not be wasting any more of my time which I hasting to add was a couple of hours on this shocking experience and would advise everyone to do the same. I applied online 2 years ago, for a quote, which to say I have 25 years NC was absolutely preposterous. I went with Hastings with 5* cover at a FIFTH of the price. Mustard stop badgering me with ridiculously astronomical quotes!!

DO NOT USE They are sending details to third parties with no consent!! I selected not to be contacted, but my phone has not stopped ringing since using mustard.
