“Disgusting i had car insurance with them and my car broke down so did some more insurance quites for new car the quotes i recieved were cheaper than i plwas already paying so bought the car i had checked insurance on came home tried to swap insurance over to new car only to be charged £1000 extra on top of wat i was already paying after already checking insurance quotes for this car absoloutly discugting companu money grabbing twats”

“They let me down by putting incorrect info in place when i took out my insurance with the company ive used as a result you have cost me an extra £120.00 additional insurance premium im unimpressed”

“Wouldnt even give them a star they found a company for me called close brothers and I insured my car but only wanted it for a few weeks anyway go to cancel the policy due to not needing it and the car was on the verge of breaking I call close brothers and cancel it then they said oh yes now you need to pay £380 excuse me I said and guy said yeah it's all the cancellation fees well if I knew that at the start I wouldnt of even bothered going with them I've been truely mugged off so if I was you I would stay well clear of both companys.”

“Your system provided incorrect information to the insurance provider, and they asked for £89 to rectify that information, although that information would not generally have any bearing on the price quoted. As a result, I cancelled my insurance with them, and got my car insurance sorted out from another provider, Of course they charged me >£80 for cancelling my insurance. I felt that the provider only cares about the money, not the customer or the service; very wrong indeed. Never again with Mustard.”

“No mention on website regarding how long quotes are held. We went to accept a quote on the 1st December that we had done 11 days previous at £1100 that then had to increase to £1800 which caused alot of distress as we were picking up the car that day! We finally got it just below £1500. Most companies hold their prices within a month...were really disappointed”
