“Didn't work for me. Quoted £250 but lost internet connection Back on line 5 mins later cheapest quote £500 - lost connection again Back on line 5 mins later - cheapest quote £700 Losing internet connection did not help but why inconsistency? Ended up going direct to established insurance company for less”

“Trust pilot gives you a totally different rating ,60% it one star or less, and the reviews are totally different from the so called positive reviews on your site. How can you quote so much more on your site than other comparison sights with the exact same detail's and same companies, are your reviews real”

“Would never use this sight again and more to the point made me spend more money on insurance then needed and had to pay cancellation fee on 2 different companies so would never recommend or even tell any one about you”

“Thought I'd give Mustard a try tbh a waste of time. All quotes were over priced. They promoted the fact that 'We'll beat your cheapest quote GUARANTEED' So contacted the number 03300228795 which was a I company called APlan. I spoke to an advisor at the Swindon branch who told me that he would required my username and password for confused.com or to send him pictures of the screen so that he could confirm the details. Then I was to phone 0800 044 3913 in 10 minutes time to speak to them - nobody answered. I gave the 03300228795 another call this time Farnborough branch of Aplan. They told me that I would have to give them all my details that I'd already put in on Mustard.co.uk AGAIN so that they could find a better deal?? suffice to say they didn't better my best quote and they didn't get my business!”

“Despite requesting no contact after a quote I was called. I explained to the caller it was inconvenient at the time. When pushed for a convenient time, I politely explained it was unnecessary and I could arrange my own insurance in my own time. He promptly put the phone down on me, clearly annoyed. After that experience, I won't be using Mustard.co.uk again and certainly won't be recommending them, despite(!) the fact you actually found me two cheaper quotes for both cars I was looking to insure.”

“Wouldnt even give them a star they found a company for me called close brothers and I insured my car but only wanted it for a few weeks anyway go to cancel the policy due to not needing it and the car was on the verge of breaking I call close brothers and cancel it then they said oh yes now you need to pay £380 excuse me I said and guy said yeah it's all the cancellation fees well if I knew that at the start I wouldnt of even bothered going with them I've been truely mugged off so if I was you I would stay well clear of both companys.”

“insured on line put me and my partner down as drivers then days later was told i was the only person insured i thought it was a scam to accept the quote then to be told it was only one person insured and have had no follow up since to back anything up i put us both on internet policy”

“I got a car insurance quote on line from Mustard and the cheapest price was over £300 pounds more than the cheapest quote I had received elsewhere from more than insurance.I attempted to contact them to discuss the price guarantee but kept getting redirected on the number on their website to call to contact them about the price guarantee and was told several times by the different advisers that they could not handle the price guarantee and that I needed to speak to mustard but tried for over 45 minutes to do this.When I did finally get to someone who new about this I was apoligised to but told I now had to submit evidence via email and snapshots but I only had 10 mins left to do that today as they closed at 5 oclock!I was then rang again by someone else from mustard who advised me that the process took 24 to 48 hours to complete and if suceesful would only beat my cheaper quote by 50p so they advised me not worth my hassle to do it probably because it save them moiney.All In all a shocking experience as a potential new customer and very poor service and the price guarantee is nothing more than a sales ploy and I will not be wasting any more of my time which I hasting to add was a couple of hours on this shocking experience and would advise everyone to do the same. I”
