“Just tryed two companies from this site gave price online when I rang them told me my details wasn’t right would have to re quote me I put all details in correctly mustard asks for your license date only month and year from out off nowhere the freedom insurance company makes up the wrong day and said needs to re quote came back with no quote at all

“I had literally just completed the insurance comparison form on the website when I was called by Mustard to discuss options - they asked me all the same questions I had just inserted into the online form. The sales person suggested to put me through to two companies I had already spoken too directly and so I didn’t want to be put through to them. After some discussion, she just hung up on me. Not great telephone manner either. If your company sees this, I suggest you listen to how she talks to customers as your calls are recorded for training purposes.”
