“I had literally just completed the insurance comparison form on the website when I was called by Mustard to discuss options - they asked me all the same questions I had just inserted into the online form. The sales person suggested to put me through to two companies I had already spoken too directly and so I didn’t want to be put through to them. After some discussion, she just hung up on me. Not great telephone manner either. If your company sees this, I suggest you listen to how she talks to customers as your calls are recorded for training purposes.”
