“They take unwanted books, games and dvds/cds off your hands - fly to a better home and get cash straight into your bank account. You get more money on ebay for items BUT this is quick and easy.”

“Very impressed, way better than I’d expected. Using the app to scan my 400+ CD collection was a breeze, even fun (once I got past the pitiful prices!) to see what each item in my favourite, treasured music collection was worth. Your CDs are now effectively worthless in a streaming world. Fact. If you can get past your emotional attachment to your anachronistic media, you’ll love what Music Magpie can do for you. I chose to drop off at a local collection centre, which was free and effortless and I received full payment (nearly £200 for a 5k investment...ouch) within 3 days. Can you really be bothered individually listing on eBay to just get a few quid more? If not, Music Magpie provides a very convenient option. I’m just waiting for more packing boxes to turn up and I’ll do the same with my DVD collection. Seriously, can’t fault them and I genuinely hope they make a small fortune from my limited edition collectibles :-)”

“Usually get what I want at a good price.Would have given it 5 stars but I find the selling system a little odd. I have sold quite a few CDs & dvds over the past year or so,payment no problem but now I find myself stuck with a few thousand CDs as I'm only getting offered a penny for most of them,some maybe 6-8p but it's simply not worthwhile,odd though as when I search for some of them they are listed for sale at 6-12 pounds! Maybe I'll just have to hold onto them until offers increase,thing is they're all new,! Just my luck,but overall happy,thanks MM.”

“I sell CDs on Magpie. An easy to use website, loading barcodes an amending as appropriate. No extra costs. Collection of parcel seamless. Never had any rejected. My only reason for 4 stars & not 5 is the price offered for many CDs. Very low indeed compared with price Magpie sell at!!”
