“I wanted to sell my iPhone X and my iPhone 6s as I had upgraded my phone and no longer required the phones I was really impressed with the correspondence. Received my money within two days really impressed !”

“Very simple and easy to use service, same day payment is very handy. However they need to specify on their website that you won't be paid same day the items are delivered but the same day as the quality assurance team receive it from their warehouse as it's quite misleading. However all in all a very good service with polite and helpful customer service agents”

“The "payment on day we receive it" claim is mis-leading. After delivery is confirmed there are several more days to wait whilst the item is transported from the point of delivery to the point of processing. My payment took 7 working days (plus 2 weekends) to finalise.”

“I find MusicMagpie very convenient. I've been able to check my old DVDs and XBox games and scan them with the MusicMagpie app to see how much I could sell them for. Once I accumulate a few, then I package them up and send them off. The funds arrive soon after. Some older titles are not sellable which I guess is understandable but a shame nonetheless.”

“Really quick efficient service, barcode scanning a neat idea, although doesn't recognise all cds etc? Pricing also maybe a little stingy, I mean a penny or two for cds but good courier service and direct payment of funds cannot be argued with!”
