It is great that you can send also DVD and Blurays from other Countries but not knowing for almost a month what has happened to my parcel is quite bad. You should accept it and leave for testing a bit longer instead of having the parcel somewhere in the limbo

Mixed feelings- parcel was delivered Thursday (tracked it) yet only acknowledged Friday afternoon so I had to wait until Monday afternoon to get payment! I did receive the full amount quoted for my item which was great.

Great service, easy to use, very efficient posting system. Sadly, most of the books I have are like new as I look after them and the value for a lot of them came up at between 0,01p and 0.08p.

I got no update emails about my phone being received at all for over a week. Website just showed waiting for phone, despite tracking showing it was signed for. After a couple of times of me contacting them and another 48-hours money was finally paid.

The app wouldn't work so inputted all the codes manually then they disappeared when I tried to log on so had to do it all over again. Apart from this everything was fine.

Sent back three phones, one was an HTC A9 in really good working condition with very little ware. quoted £17.50 on web site offered £10 when received very disappointing.

Didn’t check in phone for 3 days then claimed money would be in same day was day after. No notifications when phone received or checked either Did get what I got quoted price wise But expected more service and money wise in all honesty

Not bad price,payment was held back over weekend as was told phones arrived after 2pm Friday but dpd had delivered and signed by a member off music magpie at 1155am??? Will use again though

Website is easy to use but one item was listed as 'not sent' when we know it was in the box we sent. Sadly we have no proof of this so feel we have no recourse. Rather annoyed as it was still in sealed packaging as it had never been opened.

Ok as such, If you want to dispose of unwanted Books, CD'S etc, but Prices offered are extremely poor, we are looking at pennies for recent New CD's, Books etc. Collection and Delivery took seven days, then three days later for funds to reach Account, albeit over a weekend. If you can be bothered better to Sell at Car Boot Sale, where you would receive 15/20 times the Price better than Music Magpie. In future will give to Charity Shop for good causes.

Easy to use. Quite a limited amount of DVD titles accepted. Problems with courier pick up was a bit frustrating, but was resolved.

It was all simple and easy to do. But when I came to the collection it was a bit of a nightmare. I had to boxes of items to be collected, arranged for a family member to wait in for them to be collected, and the collection service would only take one, because the postage labels needed to be different, however I labelled it’s up with the steps in the email for multiple items being sent. He then would collect it tomorrow. He didn’t take it the next day either. And it went on like that for a week. So I’m in limbo with half my order at home and half having been sent off. however music magpie have been in touch regarding setting up another collection. It’s just lost it’s appeal to be honest, as it’s been a faff! I had used them before and it had been pain free.

The service itself is very good, the delivery/returns service is great. Disappointed with the amount they valued my phones at. But they sent back as promised with no charge.

First time I have used Magpie and sold two orders. Bit disappointed with not getting the amounts of money quoted in the original evaluation - especially as no explanation is forthcoming - I thought all the items were in very good order so would have been interested in where I and Magpie differed in our estimation of quality.

I was given a box of 100 DVD’s so I went into Music Magpie to get ride of them. Scanning the barcode was pretty easy & it gave you an instant price & running total. MM accepted 37 DVD’s & rejected the others. A total of £9.97 from memory. I found a box printed the labels dropped off at my local store & about 4 days later they said they’d received the DVD’s I then got an email to say they were sending my money of £8,77 to my account. No explaination why it was less than quoted. 37 DVD’s for £8.77 I just wanted to get ride of them but perhaps a charity shop would have been much quicker. It took me I would guess about an hour out of my day I can’t say I could be bothered to do it again & I will still be dropping the rest at the charity shop!
