It’s a bit early for me to say how effective it is, I suspect it will be be a contribution to looking after my muscles an addition to my routine, rather than a replacement of stretches and yoga and stuff. It’s a quality piece of kit, looks swish, arrives in a nice box. It isn’t 200 quids worth though.

We purchased our muscle gun in June 2022 via Amazon.co.uk (from MuscleGun) as we live in the EU. Now, 8 months on, the gun is not charging. We’ve switched chargers to see if it was the charger but to no avail. I’ve contacted the company directly and have not heard a reply yet. Not too happy about the gun not working or the lack of response.

The musclegun I received did not work. It is rendered useless. When I followed the instructions to request a return or to even exchange, this was ignored. No reply. No phone no to follow up my request for return instructions. I will claim the loss off my credit card.

We received the MuscleGun Carbon Go in the afternoon of the 6th and as we had visitors we didn't try to charge it until the next day. Following directions we plugged the USB into the wall plug and left it for nearly two hours before unplugging and trying it out. Imagine the dismay when nothing happened at all. It wouldn't switch on. 😕 We did an online chat and followed advice but still no joy so the unit has been returned with the hope a working model replaces it.

As such, I have followed this up with Victoria - our head of customer support for you and she has confirmed that she has received confirmation that you have returned the faulty device using the pre paid label provided and as such has instructed our warehouse team to despatch a brand new replacement device to you today using our next day delivery service, so you should receive it tomorrow. I have just bought this item from Amazon and it will not charge and will not turn on. Very disappointed as this is meant to be one of the best on the market…….

Hi Jim Firstly sincere apologies that you are experiencing an issue with your MuscleGun and I can confirm we will look to get this replaced and dealt with as a matter of urgency for you. We therefore just advise you to drop our customer care team a short e mail to sales@muscleguns.co.uk just confirming your Amazon order reference along with your full name and address, we will then respond with a pre paid returns label so you can send us the faulty device back and organise a replacement under warranty with no delay. Hi there Michael Firstly we do apologise that you still haven't received your order and again as per recent e mails from our customer service support operatives, unfortunately your order is held up in a back log at your local Royal Mail depot which again is due to the current strike action and to reassure you, we have fulfilled and despatched your order. We again are very sorry though for the delay but unfortunately we as the sender are entirely in the hands of our couriers to ensure our onward deliveries are met efficiently and on time once they have been collected from our warehouse. The MuscleGun Ab Wheel is quite bulky and expensive for what is essentially a wheel and two handles. The biggest disappointment is with the quality of the product. My one clunks/snaps/cracks each time it retracts, which feels like a bearing issue; there is definitely something not right going on within the housing. I have only been using it for a week and it has already been pushed to one side in favour of my old trusted Ab Wheel that cost a fraction of the price. Avoid!
