“Ordered personalised crayons, really nice. Would have preferred not to have my order details labelled across packet opening, rather spoilt it for long term use. Hence 9/10”

Dear Customer, thanks for your feedback. The labels we put onto personalised products are non-permanent labels that should be easily removed and once removed won't leave a sticky residue. So what you're describing shouldn't be happenning. However, we will test a few labels on products and see if there are any problems with the labels we have. “I ordered stacking cubes to be delivered to my god-daughter’s daughter for her birthday. I was delighted to see in the “present opening “ video I was sent that the item was beautifully wrapped in proper birthday paper. Much nicer than an Amazon bag. She loves the present and played with it all day. Thank you!”

“Quick delivery. Most of the products was ok. My son loves the ZOETROPE and the pirate tattoos. The electronic drumsticks are ok but they only seem to play one tune. We are having problems with the voice changer. The wires seem loose and only one of the buttons seem to work correctly. Shame, because I bought another for a friend and they are quite expensive.”

“Happy with purchase. Excellent communication regarding dispatch and delivery information. Also included a brochure of other toys they sell which was helpful for the future. The soliataire game I bought is well made and brought back lots of memories from having one as a child. It's great that these games are still available today.”
