“Excellent service, from start to finish. Website is easy to use, and has a good selection of toys & books. I was kept up to date with my order throughout. The best part was the free of charge gift wrap for each item, which is such a nice touch. Shipping was very quick! Highly recommend this wonderful shop :)”

“Towels look nice, 4 stars as these are a gift so consequently can't comment on the thickness after washing or how well they perform.”

“As always a good choice of products at a reasonable price. I had ordered two family games as Christmas gifts. One of the games' boxes was too long for the packaging box and was left sticking out of the top of it. Luckily it wasn't damaged.”

Dear Customer, Thanks for your comments, sorry to hear your parcel arrived with you in this way - it doesn't sound like it was packed up to our usual standards, for which we apologise. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and sorry once again Mulberry Bush

“Nice to have a wooden benefit to a child’s future but does it really have to made 7000 miles away in country with appalling human rights”

“I was disappointed with the size of the lettering on the pencil cases I ordered. I haven't returned them as I haven't time to buy anything else. You have got some interesting things in the catalogue. Delivery was vey quick.”

Dear Customer, thanks for your review - sorry to hear you were disappointed with the pencil case lettering. The lettering on these items is small, but it is exactly as pictured on it's product page on our website. Some people like it like this which is why these continue to sell well but other customers prefer larger lettering, which in part is the reason we also sell the embroidered jumbo pencil case (which has larger lettering). Glad however to hear that delivery was quick! If there's anything further we can help with, do let us know, thanks, Mulberry Bush
