“This year my daughter is at an age to grab a pen and circle all the toys she would like from Father Christmas. She circled almost everything so I placed an order and made an error and purchased it twice. Within an email the company responded to my email and cancelled/refunded one of the orders which was a huge relief as past was personalised. Delivery was prompt and it was well packaged as always and as I mummy I find bits and bobs that you wouldn’t find at the toy store.”
