“Excellent service.I particularly like the option to order well in advance of a Birthday etc and then be able to choose a date for delivery. The little boy whose Birthday it was was thrilled with his digger puzzle. Many thanks I will certainly use your site again”

“It is good quality and you can make many different things. But all the connections are really stiff, so an adult has to make it ( mainly) . I am hoping it will get looser with use. But disappointing that my son can not do this by himself.”

“excellent service, we bought a truck with coloured bricks for Christmas present, delivery was great, packaging was perfect, very pleased. we have just bought a rocking horse and dellvery was so speedy but as birthday is not yet we havent opened it. we are very pleased with Mulberry Bush and will always use them for gifts.”

“On this occasion I wasn’t happy with a couple of the products form a Christmas order that literally fell apart before we could use and the magnetic word calendar is a complete waste of money. Sending it back for refund and experienced a rude customer service agent. Won’t be buying from here again.”

In our email exchange we explained that the photo you sent of the magnetic words makes it appear that you may have pealed off the piece above the magnetic strip, meaning the piece is unusable. In our emails to you we offered you a replacement or a free return. A different indepentant member of our team has re-read the email exchange we had with you and they don't feel it was rude, but we are sorry if you've interpreted it as such.
