“Wonderful service. I had mistakenly ordered 2 of a personalised item and the very kind lady at Mulberry phoned to check and put things right. As always so very pleased with the goods and the excellent choice for things to amuse youngsters.”

“Beautiful doll with hair that can be styled. It's very wavy like my granddaughter's hair. In fact the Florence doll looks like my granddaughter. I paid for next day delivery and my parcel did not arrive next day which was very disappointing as I had to give her the doll the day after her birthday.”

Dear Customer, please accept our apologies for the delays with delivery of your order. The tracking shows that there were two failed delivery attempts before they finally successfully delivered on attempt number 3. Overall delivery of your parcel took one day longer than we advertise, even with the courier delays. We appreciate this can be frustrating and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
