“Ordered a set of leters, but arrived late as there was a mix-up by the courier, not Mulberry Bush. When they heard it had not been delivered on time, they immediately sent another set by 24 hr Royal Mail tracked. I could not have asked for a better response. As it happened the original set was delivered late so we got two sets. Mulberry Bush arranged for the free return of the extra set. Very happy with the response I received.”
