“3rd time we’ve ordered these lovely letters. All the kids have matching. I think the colours are lovely and vibrant and then animals are fab. Delivered very quickly. Whilst I have no intention of having a 4th baby, I would definitely order again!!”

“I was so impressed with the customer service at Mulberry Bush after I made the mistake of writing a delivery address incorrectly and it not ending up where it needed to be they called me to say the parcel had been sent back to them and arranged for a refund right away. Needless to say I re-ordered it this time to the right address for my niece who loved it. Great products and friendly, super efficient team. Would highly recommend!”

Dear Customer, sorry to hear you feel the item you bought was overpriced. We regularly review prices to make sure we are competative and we try are hardest to make sure our prices are fair and reasonable. We have, for example, seen that the item you bought from us can be bought second hand on ebay for a considerably higher price than our price for the brand new item. However, if you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return your item to us. Please follow the guidance on the returns page on our website. Many thanks, Mulberry Bush
