“I sent a present for a friend's baby via the website. The product arrived within the promised date and my friend really liked the present. The only thing that I couldn't achieve was to have the toy wrapped in gift paper, despite following the webpage instructions.”

“These purchases were gifts but they all seemed to be of good quality. Everything was delivered on time and well packaged. The only thing I would like to see changed is for the product details on the website to give the country of origin. This may not be easy to achieve but it is the single reason why I prefer not to shop online. I never knowingly buy anything that is made in China.”

“My only complaint is that the personalisation I requested was done totally in capitals. I had requested a capital letter at the start of the name and the rest in lower case to ensure that my granddaughter could recognise her name in the way it is normally written.”
