“I purchased the rocking horse for my granddaughter and it was delivered safely, within the timeframe given. The horse needed to be assembled, which was easy to do, with clear instructions. Unfortunately, one nut was missing. I was very impressed with the after-sales care. Mulberry Bush responded to my email promptly, apologising for the error and advising that they would ask the supplier to send a replacement to arrive within 10 days. The replacement actually arrived within three days - very impressive. Thank you Mulberry Bush for providing good quality products and exemplary service.”
