“The best quality of goods and services in the business for personalised items. Children love gifts with their name on them. Whether I have bought dolls, tableware, stationery, bags, towels or dressing gowns over 20 years (including their predecessor) there has not been a hint of disappointment from giver or receiver. Excellent!!”

“The quality of my purchases is excellent. Well packed, delivered on time . I made a mistake when ordering and the lady on the other end of a promptly answered phone could not have been more understanding - and jolly about my mistake. Patient with a 91 year old too!! Dear Customer, thanks for your feedback. All our catalogues are printed on paper produced from sustainably managed forests and controlled sources (PEFC) and we encourage customers to recycle catalogues once they have finished with them (or pass them on to a friend/relative!) We are also able to suppress mailings to individuals if that's what you as individuals would prefer, you just need to ask us not to mail you.
