“My order was very late, and also arrived in a very disappointing form. This, I learned was a “temporary problem” Mulberry were struggling with, as they had been let down both with delivery and quality, by their new Printing Company. The gift was so poor, I could not possibly give it to my Grandson. However, as soon as Mulberry became aware of my problem they refunded me in full with no fuss whatsoever. I will, therefore, very happily give this company another chance and will be ordering again soon.”

“I saw my great nieces faces painted. I asked my niece where she got these glittery face paints. She gave me your online shop address, and they arrived on the day we were face painting! I used them and the children were pleased at their colours I used.”

“Great service, however a little disappointed with the soft dolly as I thought it would come with the name on it was advertised as. I did notice the personalisation part when ordering but I thought that it already came with its name.”

“Product excellent, abd accurate, I purchased personalised children's crayons. Delivery and communication also very good. Only one improvement, the plastic case holding the pencils was not very good quality and had split down the side so I had to sellotape it shut.”

“I'm sure my grandchildren will love the colouring pencils with their names on them. Although they were carefully packaged in bubble-wrapped bags, the plastic cases, containing the crayons, both had tears in them - I did some running repairs. I wonder if, given the problem with single-use plastic the company could research other alternatives? Other than this, I'm happy with my choice.”

“I chose to order my grandchildren's Christmas presents from this company rather than Amazon as I prefer to support independent businesses. Their selection of toys is great and the website is easy to navigate. I had some issues with delivery from their courier, DPD, but these were eventually resolved by the sales staff at MB. I can't comment on the individual items I bought as they haven't been opened yet.”
