“The product we received was faulty. Mulberry bush sent a replacement out immediately only for that to be faulty also. We were then very kindly offered another replacement, refund or a gift voucher. We went for a gift voucher and ordered another item which my little boy is super happy with. Thank you Mulberry Bush, great customer service 😊 We have several lovely toys from you now, gifted to us from my mum to her grandson, it's become quite a tradition.”

“Have used this company a few times now and have always been pleased with the excellent service and the products I have bought, I will use mulberry bush again and again while I have young grandchildren . Also l love to sit and look at all the items in the catalogue which have good descriptions of each individual item also clearly priced”

“Ordered personalised crayons, really nice. Would have preferred not to have my order details labelled across packet opening, rather spoilt it for long term use. Hence 9/10”

Dear Customer, thanks for your feedback. The labels we put onto personalised products are non-permanent labels that should be easily removed and once removed won't leave a sticky residue. So what you're describing shouldn't be happenning. However, we will test a few labels on products and see if there are any problems with the labels we have. “I ordered stacking cubes to be delivered to my god-daughter’s daughter for her birthday. I was delighted to see in the “present opening “ video I was sent that the item was beautifully wrapped in proper birthday paper. Much nicer than an Amazon bag. She loves the present and played with it all day. Thank you!”
