“Very poorly made. All pencils crayons and items all out of packaging. If I didn't need it for a birthday present urgently I would of returned it. Took half an hour to sort it out. Lettering very poor quality. Will not use mulberry again.”

“The transaction with Mulberry was as you would expect but the quality of the product was awful. It didn’t work properly and looked like people had already been using it. Unfortunately I had relied on the product as a gift for my grandson so I had to give him it knowing the functionality was pretty poor. The battery lasted just a few minutes also. Quality control was not evident which is surprising given this was a more expensive version of the product than I had seen elsewhere but paid the extra hoping for better quality.”
