“Excellent range of interesting toys for all ages. I sent a gift delivered directly to the recipient, not realising that the delivery note would include the price. Choosing the gift wrap option was supposed to prevent this I think but doesn’t seem to have in this instance”

“Great quality products and my go to place for educational toys. My only negative is the gifts could be more diverse. I ordered personalised stationery and I felt they were very gender stereotyped. Pink Unicorn for girls, footballs for boys. A superhero boy but not a superhero girl? Would be great to see less of the 'pink & blue'.”

“I had a problem with the computer which ended by ordering twice the items i wanted. The auto email response alarmed me be confirming two orders and then two delivery notifications in spite of three phone calls. It was sorted and everything was first class after that.”

“Good service. I ordered three items as Christmas presents that I needed to send, gift wrapped to a different address. The only problem was that I couldn’t have individual labels for each gift. So I had to send the labels and hope that my friend could identify each individual gift from my description. The gifts have arrived and they were beautifully wrapped, thank you very much.”

“I was more than happy with my purchase from Mulberry Bush one item was £3 cheaper than Amazon Everything arrived together packed fairly well. I used Mulberry Bush last year, the magazine gives you ideas of what children are looking for in ages for Christmas”

“Your Service is good . But I think the store needs to think about packaging to try and become plastic free the wadding in my box was inflated plastic. The children you are selling to need a world in which to grow up in and every piece of plastic is a problem for the future!”

“Ordered 2 rag dolls & they are lovely but I was disappointed that one was not in any protective cover at all. It was obviously a returned item & I felt it should have been re wrapped.”

“I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Mulberry Bush. I ordered 3 items from them one week and a week later, I forgot and ordered one item again. I received a call from the company to ask if I had meant to order the same thing twice and then they cancelled the order immediately. This was way above what I expected so I was delighted with that help.”

“No disappointments. I absolutely know that my 6 grandchildren and one very young great - grandchild will be delighted with their Christmas presents this year.
