“My clutch was slipping and I am travelling to Spain today. I put my car in on Tuesday morning and pleaded it could be done by Wednesday. I half expected a call to say this was wrong that was wrong and the price I was quoted was going to rocket up! Not the case, they had it done at 15:00 that day, charged me the price I was quoted (which was the cheapest in Norwich), and I had a lively chat to the Norwich manager Paul who was very helpful, honest and reassuring.
