I actually no longer live near the branch but I always return to it despite it being far away as they are so helpful there and I know I can trust them. When I missed my MOT slot due to bad traffic this time, they still squeezed my car, plus the several repairs it needed doing, in that afternoon despite being fully booked. Their prices also always seem to be good value. I will continue to use them despite my distance from them now as never found any other garage that I feel as confident using.”
“Went to the Bromley branch today. I am part exchanging my car very soon but thought the brakes needed doing. They advised me that I would be okay if I sold it soon and didn't need to do them. Other companies would have been trying to get money out of me.
I also had a panel loose under the car. They fixed it for me. All of this cost me nothing !
I have never met a firm with such honest and helpful staff, their customer service is brilliant.
