It failed on the headlight aim being too low but they adjusted it and passed it without calling me up or charging me for doing it.
I found that to be excellent as I know many garages would not do that.”

“I went to Mr Clutch on Penistone road in Sheffield yesterday after my hand brake cable had snapped.
I was greeted by a well turned out and very friendly chap called James, the manager I believe. I told him my problem and my car was promptly looked at, I was told what the problem was, how much it would cost to repair and asked if I wish to proceed. I went ahead and the work was done is a short amount of time.
I am very happy with my Mr Clutch experience, they were very professional, courteous and extremely good at what they do. I would recommend them to anybody. The price was a nice surprise too.

“I am always seen very close to my appointed time and despite my best efforts, I still cannot find another garage in the area that is cheaper for my MOT!
My biggest criticism is that I have to print off a stupid coupon and bring it with me (what a waste of trees!) and my biggest compliment lies in the fact that I have a car I use mainly in Europe. It has a switch which can make the headlights "legal" in the UK but it's a pig to get to it and rather than making me do that to pass my MOT, the mechanic, knowing of this switch, checks my lights pointing the other way and passes them!
Now THAT is service, without having to be pedantic!”
