The work was completed satisfactorily but the job took all day, during which time it would have been nice to be kept up to date with progress.”
“Booked online for my gold service and saved 5%, only downside was you couldn't book a allocated time and when I turned up at 8.30 I was told it wouldn't be finished until 3.30!
However the guys worked their magic and the service was done by 12 ????
