“Always visit Mr Clutch for my MOT and have always had good service. They are very good value for MOTs, much cheaper than anywhere else, but always efficient.”

“Booked an MOT online, then tried to cancel the next morning, no offer of a refund, with the reasoning being that they would be unable to re book the slot, I found this hard to believe as they were almost 100% booked for that week and the slot that i had booked was the last one available.
I was told i could change the booking to another day which i requested for next year however was told the diary only went as far ahead as july.
I was told that they would pass on my complaint to head office to review however i have had no contact.
updated 21/04 - following my above raised issue I did have a call from the customer services team who have refunded my mot charge, I am very happy with how this has been resolved and would not hesitate in using mr clutch again.”
“I have no complain so far except for once I was asked to replace something in the car in order to pass my mot and when took it to another garage for repair the mechanic was in shock and reckon it could serve another ten years .”

Some of friends of mine blamed to me that i mad a prepayment before doing MOT.
Because some of cheap MOT will be caused of expensive MOT eventually.
But, based on my last experience from Mr. Clutch, I would like to trust Mr. Clutch.

“Peter was very helpful and explained everything that needed changing to pass the most. I was initially upset as I had booked the most on the internet the evening before and it hadn't downloaded onto the system so instead of waiting I had to leave the car and return later in the afternoon as the mechanic had gone to get parts not knowing an mot had been booked in. These things happen!!”
“The young man behind the counter is always friendly, helpful, and if anything wants doing on the car he explains it so that I can understand. He has been behind the counter for some years now - when I go down anyway. I wish I knew his name. I always feel that I can trust his recommendations - not charging for jobs that don't need doing.
One young man you have that is sometimes behind the counter is totalling different. I always feel as though he trying to charge me a lot of money for work that is not necessary.

“I am always very aware of what goes on with cheap MOT I checked all light bulbs before I went in and marked them with a stripe around the Base of each bulb I was then charged an extra 5.00 for 2 bulbs which when I checked them still had the stripes on they had not even been replaced!!they denied all knowledge of course”
“All good, nice an easy on line booking system, cheap MOT. The only thing that surprised me was the fact that the MOT check lasted over an hour which seemed to be quite long. Overall happy with the service.”
