“Not happy at all, got a full Gold Plus service from hayes Mr.Clutch for my car but not satisfy at all. its look like car did not have any service. i said to them use recommended oil but i think they use any cheap oil, after some days it become so black like never changed. and car millage decrease after service as well, disappointed.
**UPDATE**
Now spoken to Mr Clutch head office and they have kindly refunded me for the Oil and I am now happy to return in the future.

“I had a new clutch fitted, it was the cheapest quote I had and although there was a problem on the way home these guys came all the way out to me to rectify the situation.”
“The local place is good with friendly staff. The website sucks though. It allows double booking. The local chap apologised but it doesn't take a genius to design a booking system that prevents double booking surely?”

“I've used Mr Clutch a few times mainly for MOT's never had any problems. Only criticism I have I booked online and I suppose to have got a email confirmation and receipt of payment but never did so I was unsure if the slot was booked but they took the money.”

“I bought the car in December and it was the first time I had organised getting a car serviced.
The Fishponds branch were polite, helpful and friendly. I will definitely use them again. The only issue I had was that the branch does not have the correct equipment to switch off my Fiat 500's service light and I would have to go to the Bedminster branch to do so or pay for it elsewhere. Obviously this is a bit of a hassle, so I hope that next time I need it serviced they'll have the equipment for it!”
