“It was a quick service when I booked in on line and arranged my time around that appointment for an MOT but I was phoned the following day saying they hadn't got a tester for that day. When I received the results I booked in for a retest and some work over and above the mot, this is where you need to be careful as the online price and the price at the outlet are different, which is very off putting. Not sure if I'd use again. All the work was good though and the mot very thorough with good advisory notes about the condition of your vehicle”
“The young man behind the counter is always friendly, helpful, and if anything wants doing on the car he explains it so that I can understand. He has been behind the counter for some years now - when I go down anyway. I wish I knew his name. I always feel that I can trust his recommendations - not charging for jobs that don't need doing.
One young man you have that is sometimes behind the counter is totalling different. I always feel as though he trying to charge me a lot of money for work that is not necessary.
I don't feel I trust him.”
