“Always polite and accommodating. I had my MOT done at Crayford today. We have 6 cars and all our cars are taken there. Nice friendly staff.”

“Mr Clutch carried out my MOT, it was the harshest MOT I have experienced. The person in the reception was friendly enough but the MOT tester did not want to communicate. When asked if the rules have changed he said they fail 7 out of 10 vehicles on tyres”

“I came in for a simple oil change. After the service, the service indicator was not reset, and the battery was completely drained, so the car couldn’t even be started. There were no battery issues before. Very unprofessional. Not recommended.”
