“My MOT brought up a lot of items. Your agent rang me properly and explained clearly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. It was too much work to do that day but it was completed the next day and I was informed that it was now ready to collect. The manager was most pleasant and helpful.”

“Many of us dread MOT time but the whole process was relatively hassle-free. I've been coming to this branch for some time and the various staff are always pleasant and helpful; they explain repairs and prices upfront and try to resolve issues quickly. The only downside is I wish they had retained the Blue Light discount for all emergency services.”
