“I was blown away by the quality and attentiveness of the service provided by Adam and his team at the Leyton Branch of Mr. Clutch. I'd been used to the excessive up-selling of Kwik Fit, and was wary of the same from Halfords. I flagged two problems when I brought the car in, which could easily have been used to upsell parts and labour to the tune of £1500. After investigation, I was told frankly I did not need those repairs. I'm sold permanently - I'll be taking the car there annually and for repairs til the end of days. This is how customer loyalty is built and I'll be recommending that place and the company generally to all. So long Kwik Fit!”

“I rang up to make an appointment for an Mot Was agreed a date & time. On the day I arrived 25 mins early, they took my car & soon after started the MOT…. I waited around in the waiting area & was relieved with the air con …very friendly service by staff”

“I have booked via online my annual service and MOT in leyton a week before my scheduled.And only annual service was done and MOT was reschedule, according to Mr Adams the mechanic was not available. Is very inconvenient for me because I have to spend more money using the public transport. Now when I went for MOT I ask Mr Adam if they check my left side mirror too but when I come back to collect my car it wasn't done according to him he has no time to check.Ive been a customer of this branch for 3 years now and this time the overall service was not satisfactory.”
