“Been having my MOT Regularly for good few years now plus the occasional service at your Southend Depot. Must say never had a problem they always given me year after year a quality Service .”

“Great service, whilst waiting for my MOT to be done on the 24th July 2025 at 2.30pm I was in the waiting room and the Manager was one of the most polite and professional mechanics I have listened too. His customer service was a credit to the company as various people came in and collected their vehicles or arranged for repairs.”

“Absolutely the worst - No customer care - Total Rip off Merchants - Imagine it took the Customer to show them where the problem was. Upsell you for repairs that were not required. They leave you stranded, and their other branches no interested in helping. Just a pity I can't do a Munis 5 Star to truly reflect the type of Company MR Clutch is.”

“Felt like a nightmare was starting - clutch failing and off on a road trip with 3 children in the back to France next week. The guys at Mr clutch booked me in with no problem and had clutch and fly wheel replaced with 1.5 days. I am very grateful for the advice given too - would recommend”
