“Branch was able to fit me in for an on the day MOT. They were helpful and efficient, and able to make a recommendation for a local garage for the work my car failed on. They went out of their way to help, fitting me in between jobs for the retest the following day. Andy on the reception desk was very patient even when my young kids were causing havoc in the waiting room! Would highly recommend this autocentre.”

“Took my car to the fishponds branch first thing on the 29th dec to have the thermostat replaced but by 3 they still hadn't made a start on it. I needed it for work in the evening so had to fetch it back and take it in the next morning. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after having my timing belt done by them when they had to wait until they got a tool back which they lent to another branch. When they finally completed it, an error code came up a little while later meaning I had to take it back for them to sort out. They must have had it for at least 3 days in total.Little bit disappointed.”
