Booked my car for MOT last week, took it in and the MOT guy didn't turn up as he'd broken his leg! Manager couldn't have been nicer. Very apologetic and it wasn't his fault. He was happy to refund me or book me in any other time. Booked in for following week. This time done with no delay and passed. Bargain at £24. Thanks.”

One thing that could have been better is that a point picked up during the service could have been resolved at the time if they had phoned me,as they said they would. Apparently there is excessive water in the brake/clutch fluid (the Ford Transit Connect uses the same reservoir for both.) If I had been informed I would have asked them to change it, as it was I didn't find out until I turned up to see if the vehicle was ready, so I didn't have time for them to do it. I will have to do it myself some time soon.”
