“As stated My MOT and service at Mr. Clutch Southend On Sea was really good. Just one comment - please include Valeting Inside and out in the future and I will use this company every Year for service/MOT and any repairs that may be needed.”

“Job well done. The guy at the computer, don't know his name, i think he is Turkish, was very good and provided good customer service as soon as i walked in the door and handed my car keys to him. When i went to pick up my car, he wasn't there for me to thank him .”

“ALWAYS ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Dave and the whole team deliver exceptional, honest and A* customer service for every individual customer! From MOT's, Services and Repairs this really is a one stop shop and as a female I could not feel safer, knowing that my vehicle is in good hands! Believe me I have always had some sort of high performance car and used to get very much bamboozled before coming to Mr Clutch the last few years. Thanks guys - dealerships and other garages have a lot to learn from you in how to deliver exceptional service and having knowledgeable, honest and experienced mechanics and MOT tester 🤗”

“I used to use Mr. Clutch but stopped going due to reception being miserable and rude. I had to find mot ststion shirt notice this year and went back there. New manager is so much better. Polite helpfull and friendly. Will now use garage fir my cars and daughter. Thank you for what you're help this year.”
