“Due to having ordered the wrong size (twice!) , I had to return the shoes. There was no issue with the company crediting my account with the refund and this was completed very speedily. Thanks to all in customer service.”

“First time using Mozimo and would definitely order from them again. Fast delivery, good email delivery updates, shoes exactly as expected from the description. I gave 4 not 5 stars only because I would have preferred the outer packaging to be paper rather than plastic.”

“Received my order but unfortunately the boots I bought (Black Suede Ankle Boots) were less than perfect. They were scraped on suede & some of the suede was bare so not sure if these boots were real suede at all! I don’t like writing negative reviews but have to be honest. Called customer service to explain the state of the boots & they were super helpful & apologetic. Also, they sent a pre-paid return label as these boots were faulty. Such a shame as they were a beautiful style.”

“My Pons were simple to order, arrived well packaged and look lovely Problem is they're the correct size but much too small More like a 39 than the stated 40 so have gone back Unfortunately I also had to pay the return postage. Will await my refund and update if need be.”

“I hadn’t heard of Mozimo before so I was a bit nervous ordering online for the first time - once via Amazon and then directly online. Their service was exceptional, professional, prompt in dealing with my questions with email replies straight away, and the quality of my Peter Kaiser boots was five star (sadly I had to return them due to size not being right). I cannot recommend Mozimo enough. One complaint though: I had to pay 11.15 pounds to return the boots that I had purchased online which is a lot of money”

“Excellent, speedy delivery of my order. I also loved the boots but was sad to find the leg too narrow so had to return. I'm assured by Mozimo that they'll look into sourcing a pair with a Medium rather than Slim leg, so I'm hopeful.”
