Very disappointed with Mozimo. Gabor Kooky Chic White Sandals in stock, so ordered and paid for product, only to be emailed 8 days later advising sorry we will not be able to supply, the pair apparently did not meet quality control! why were they still in stock then? £76 Sandals minus 10% discount for signing up for Mozimo Newsletter, so £68.40 costing, but Mozimo does not check it's stock upon arrival from whoever, instead leave to disappoint a customer who carried out much sourcing for a nephew's wedding... Really Mozimo. Never had a response to my email enquiring exacting Sandal issue, it could be sold discounted - probably will not use this company again...

Returns process is really poor - the boots I ordered do not look like the image on your website - I would be really reluctant to order again

During Black Friday, they accepted an order with a large processing discount, but in the end, after a large amount of time, the site canceled this order. They’re simply refused to sell shoes at 30% off and offered to order them at 15% discount instead. I missed the opportunity to buy this shoes from another site, because I was counting on this website and 30% discount.

I placed an order over a week ago and have still not received it. I understand there is a dispute at Royal Mail but perhaps Mozimo should use another carrier until it is settled. My order is static in a Royal Mail depot near Birmingham which is the completely wrong direction for delivery to High Peak. Will do a proper review when received.

I visited the Nantwich shop this afternoon! On entering the shop my husband and I saw that there was someone else who was being attended to! The two members of staff were in conversation with the ?customer and while we were not acknowledged or welcomed, we understood and were happy to browse! After a short while the ?customer left and I was ready to try on some shoes! The younger assistant, although reasonably pleasant, we felt, was perhaps a little distracted by the the other member of staff, who was clearly not very happy! I was not invited to use the sitting area but when I chose to sit to try on the shoes, it was half cluttered with boxes! At times, the older assistant seemed agitated and kept moving the boxes and other items, making us feel that we were in the way! There was no intention on her part to engage with us! After I made the purchase and left the shop, I made the decision never to visit again! My husband and I were quite disgusted by the lack of customer care skills demonstrated! Might I suggest that this business invests in some very basic training for its staff, on how to build a good rapport and improve the shopping experience for their customers! Thank you!

I ordered shoes, delivered on time, lovely unfortunately to narrow.Returned first ckass at my cost.One week jater no acknowledgement of returned goods or money reimbursed!!!!! Not good enough, goods have surely been received,i am waiting another few days prior to taking further action.Very poor after sakes service

Purchased shoes in Aug. ( 4 months ago) received nothing, contacted them in Oct, they said they would process, still nothing 2 months later not even an email. A Terrible experience

Went in to the physical store in Nantwich to return some boots. Unfortunately the store assistant was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude. Despite having been unwell and unable to get to the store within their 7 day refund policy (despite online stating 90 days), the assistant refused a refund and there was no flex whatsoever - 10 days post purchase so one would've thought something could be done given just 3 days late and the circumstances. I will be taking this up with trading standards. Highly disappointed and will not be returning to this store; they should hire much more polite staff.

I bought a pair off flat black leather slip-on Kaiser shoes on the 30/11/2021. I have worn them 3-4 times and was happy with them until today. I needed to step onto some wet grass and immediately the shoes let in water. By the time I was back on the pavement my feet were very wet. I tried to return the shoes to the Nantwich store for exchange or refund but was met with some hostility from staff. I was told they were 'fashion shoes' so not guarantee for wet weather. They are full leather flat shoes! No member of staff said don't wear them if its wet when I purchased them. A leather walking shoe should not let in water. These shoes are not fit for purpose. I explained this to your staff but was repeatedly told they would not give me a refund nor an exchange. They turned their backs to me and tried to ignore me. I asked for details of a higher authority and was given a compliment slip which was of no use. I am very disappointed with the attitude of your staff and now have a pair of leather shoes that cannot be worn in damp weather.

Shoes 2 sizes to large. Came in box that belonged to different pair of shoes. Will not exchange because I am outside the UK.I cannot afford to post back ☹

I feel as though I never want to step over their threshold again! From the moment that I entered, twenty minutes before closing time, one of the two assist did nothing but make comments about it being closing time, locking the door - which was locked before closing time and had to be unlocked to let me out - and other pointed comments. I have never felt so unwelcome in a shop! I live in Nantwich, but will NOT be shopping locally for specific brand shoes in future.

I purchased a pair of Rieker shoes from your Nantwich store in September 2020. In December one of the soles came away from the rest of the shoe. I could not get back to the store until the lockdown ended. Today I went in and was rudely informed that there was nothing they could do because the shoe had become wet and that is why the sole became separated. Nowhere in the literature with the shoe does it say that you should not go out in the shoe if it is raining! I was treated without any courtesy by the shop.
