“Ordered a pair of shoes and they arrived in less than 48 hours. Had to return them for another pair as they were slight too small. Very polite, helpful lady on the phone sorted it out and they arrived again in 48 hours. Amazing service and a lovely company to deal with. Small independent retailer which should be supported.”

“Very unsure about buying shoes on the internet but these Mozimo slip on are a perfect fit, their sizing guide is excellent. The instant I put them on I knew they were a fabulous fit and very comfortable everyone that's seen them all think they're very stylish. Thank you”

“I wanted to purchase a pair of shoes I had seen on your website. As I was staying in Chester decided to go to the store as I didn’t know what size to order online-5.5 or 6. Spoke to a very pleasant & helpful lady on Monday morning-sorry didn’t get her name. She said she would get both sizes I needed to try on delivered to the Chester store by Wednesday morning. Sure enough yesterday morning they were in the store. Again saw another very pleasant & helpful lady-nothing was too much trouble for her-again didn’t get her name. Tried both sizes on - the 5.5 fitted perfectly. The shoes that I purchased were Gabor-Viola in Cognac. Added bonus they were in the sale at £71.25! Thank you ladies for being most helpful - most importantly for the great customer service. Due the friendliness of the assistant my husband also purchased a pair of shoes. I have purchased shoes/boots in the past from Mozimo-years ago you sent out discount cards. I told the assistant I would be back next year to purchase shoes & a bag for my sons wedding-only problem I will be spoilt for choice! Thanks so much for all your help ladies.”

“I placed an order on 17/8. I have been tracking it since 21/8 and the French postal service has had no updates whatsoever since then. I contacted you yesterday for news & no response. Today the boots were in my letterbox (I never signed for anything) and the French postal website still has not updated their tracking information since 21/8...ie. still not delivered.”

“very good at taken money!! Took my shoes back because they squeaked ,they didn't want to listen.young girl said are they right size? I'm actually 60 not child !!this is the first time I've taken anything back.the staff need training how to talk to people .just been away went in shoe shop staff were brill there .completely different than them in beam st.”

“Overall good, but the offer said 15% off when you put 2 pairs of shoes in your basket the offer instantly reduced to 10%. It also said you can contact us via e-mail, well don't bother, as they take an age to respond, with an unsatisfactory answer, and if you need to again go back to them its another long wait for a response, not worth the effort. However, if it is a straight forward purchase, yes good, and delivery was as promised.”
